They dont update their app. Despite numerous negative reviews from clear bugs, they dont listen to customer feedback. Its almost a year and airplay mode is still problematic, server unavailable is consistent, and the sound issues are still there. Their FAQ site is made up of excuses rather than solutions. They wont make Apple TV app, Fire TV app, Roku, or Windows App because they are greedy and lazy. Apple/Windows says all they have to do is enable the feature and does not cost the developer any extra yet they state, "You get more features & lower prices because you’re buying directly from ABS-CBN and not getting hit with middleman pass-through costs. " Im calling you out ABS-CBN, you want us to go to your site where you get money from subscription and advertising and you blame everyone for your poor service.
