Episodes won't play. It freezes and Customer support don't know how to troubleshoot. Even if you give them details. I even recorded what is happening but they just give me a round about. Just going in circles asking the same scripted questions.

Hi TFC.tv, Once again, your customers are waiting for your quick action, your offers and new features will just be in-vain if you do not update your apps, TFC.tv on IOS. Want to maintain or better your rating please be quick in upgrades. Can you also upgrade the quality of live programs like ANC and DZMM live. How about the TV Patrol programs, cant we get 720p at least? RP

I have an account with tfc.tv. I suggest theyd add chromecast feature. This way, its easier for us to watch from our phones and smart tvs because some of us dont opt for tfc box because it eats up space on the tv rack.

Its not worth it to download it and waste my time.. no sounds and searching is not that easy.. i just waste my money to subscribe

Air playing to Apple TV works ok. But hoping they develop an app for Apple TV. Will be so much easier if they do.

Please make this app compatible with chromecast so it is easier to stream to the tv.

I dont understand why the sound is not working on my iPhone 6plus but its working in my iPad Air2???

I love it but I just have a problem with my app on my phone I need to delete and install this app everyday just to get it update my teleserye. And the short cut for double Kara is gone too. Hope they can fix it coz its annoying. Thank you

App is ok to stream locally on iOS device, however when you AirPlay to an AppleTV, and the screen locks, the stream stops-(even with the workaround with turning off Live Wallpaper). Have to turn off automatic lock screen which is ok, but not functionally user friendly. Another current workaround ito the lock screen issue, is to logon to Safari and stream there (bypassing the app). Please fix!!!!

Please fix it otherwise refund my money!!!!

Please update this app. And make an AppleTV app. Its 2016!

The app keeps logging on this iOS. It wont play well. Just keeps loading but doesnt go thru. I really love watching teleserye. So if my phone died I substitute my Ipad to watch it. But I always had to go thru the site from safari because the apps was not working well. Please Ive been waiting for over a year or so. Its just I dont want to leave a bad review but I couldnt just stay still. Please update it. Thank you so much in advanced.

I tried it several times every week and I tried to open it on my laptop and its not responding so can u fix it its poising me off already and I cant cancel my subscription cuz it wont open

I really like this app it makes me feel like Im in the Philippines when watching FPJ Ang Probinsyano also but the sound problem

Whats going on with the app? I thought it was my phone. I asked my friend to check her TFC app and there was no sound as well. What the heck!!!

They dont update their app. Despite numerous negative reviews from clear bugs, they dont listen to customer feedback. Its almost a year and airplay mode is still problematic, server unavailable is consistent, and the sound issues are still there. Their FAQ site is made up of excuses rather than solutions. They wont make Apple TV app, Fire TV app, Roku, or Windows App because they are greedy and lazy. Apple/Windows says all they have to do is enable the feature and does not cost the developer any extra yet they state, "You get more features & lower prices because you’re buying directly from ABS-CBN and not getting hit with middleman pass-through costs. " Im calling you out ABS-CBN, you want us to go to your site where you get money from subscription and advertising and you blame everyone for your poor service.

Please improve the app, make it run faster and smoother high quality videos. Need to update for better experience.

Used to like this app becoz i can watch it thru my mobile phone but then...where are the latest shows? Its 1/14 and Ang Probinsyano is only up till 1/9. A Love to Last has uploaded up until 1/12 only? Whats going on?
